How long will it take to get my order?

There are a few things to consider:

  • We sow seeds above and beyond what is required to meet the demand of our subscribed customers and upcoming events.
  • The above and beyond is what we pull from to satisfy one-off orders, thus, product availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We typically harvest on Thursdays and make deliveries on Fridays.

We will be in touch via text after you place your order (usually within a few hours) to confirm your scheduled delivery date.

What are microgreens?

Microgreens are the baby form of your favorite vegetables.

Instead of waiting for crops to reach maturity, we harvest between when the first and second set of leaves form.

There are loads of benefits to harvesting veggies during this early stage of growth!

Check out the references at the bottom of the page for more detailed info on the amazing benefits of Microgreens.

Where is your store / How can I buy?

We live and operate our grow room on a few acres in Dallas, PA near the Huntsville Reservoir. We do not sell products directly from our grow room, but FREE local delivery is available!

A microgreens delivery subscription is a great way to make sure you'll have fresh greens on hand when you want them!

If you're looking for products that are immediately available, these local businesses get fresh deliveries every Friday:

Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to keep up with our scheduled pop-up events.

We also ship to locations throughout Pennsylvania!

How long do microgreens last?

We aim to deliver microgreens to our customers the day of, or the day following harvest. This means you're getting the freshest produce possible.

Microgreens need to be refrigerated once they're harvested, so be sure to keep your greens cool.

As long as your microgreens are refrigerated, they'll last two to three weeks from the harvest date, but like any fresh produce, use your judgement before adding them to your meal!

How do I use microgreens?

Think of microgreens like any other fresh veggie you'd buy at the store, or pick up from a farmers market.

Always keep in mind:

  • Microgreens must be refrigerated.
  • Microgreens are farm fresh produce and must be well rinsed before use.

Once you've rinsed your fresh microgreens, add them to any meal the same way you'd add lettuce, kale, or similar greens. They're best fresh in smoothies, as a salad or sandwich topper, and they can even be prepared with light heat or added to a warm dish right before serving. Keep in mind, when heating, greens may wilt, so if you prefer to sauté your greens, do it over light heat, quickly, and with a hearty green like sunflower.
