Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel confirmed one-time and subscription microgreens orders.  

To change or cancel confirmed microgreens orders, contact us via phone or text message at 570-652-8182. Change or cancellation requests submitted via contact methods other than phone or text may not be received in a timely manner and thus may not be accepted.



General Order Information
Confirmed orders are orders set to be fulfilled from this week's harvest and for which you have received an order confirmation email. 

Order confirmation emails are sent at the time of online purchase, or at the time of order entry if placing order via phone or text. 

Order Changes
You may request to change a confirmed order at any time prior to fulfillment, however, our acceptance of your change request is subject to product availability (first-come, first-served basis).  

Subscription Changes & Cancellations
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat orders that mirror the original order at the time of initial purchase. 

Subscriptions auto-renew and subsequent orders are automatically generated, and thus confirmed, based on the frequency you select at the time of initial purchase. 

You may change the subscription number of products; kind of products; order frequency; as well as pause or cancel future subscription orders, at any time, from within the customer account portal.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel a confirmed order at any time prior to fulfillment. 

Once a confirmed order has been fulfilled, the order can't be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund.
