Local Markets, Local Neighbors: Join Us at Ag Fest at Hilltop Farms Marketplace
We first got to know the Hilltop Farms Marketplace family in 2024, and it didn’t take long to see how much they love farming and want to support their local community including other area farmers. Hilltop Farms feels less like a store and more like a gathering place to us and we'd love to see you there on March 21st!
Why we love in-person tastings and events
We're really excited about this event because microgreens and artisan chocolates can sound a little “niche” when you first hear about our products. But the tone changes as soon as you taste them. When you walk up, actually see them, and taste what we've got to offer, microgreens make a lot more sense and that we add the powder to our artisan chocolates doesn't seem quote as crazy as maybe it sounded in the beginning.
That’s why we love in-person tastings. At Ag Fest, you’ll be able to try our microgreens and chocolates, get all of your questions answered, and see how easy it is to add a handful of greens to the meals you’re already making. We’ll talk about how we grow them, which products and flavors pair well with your favorite foods, and simple ways to work them into your busy meal time routines.
No pressure, no fuss—just real fun food and good conversations.
Our hope is that you leave with one or two new ideas you get excited about giving a try at home.

A few tips for the road: simple ways to enjoy microgreens at home
If you’re new to microgreens, Ag Fest is the perfect place to start. We’ll be sharing easy, everyday ideas like:
- How to add microgreens to your favorite breakfasts - scrambled eggs anyone?
- Using microgreens to add more flavor to your wraps and sandwiches than iceberg lettuce.
- Creating beautiful meals with microgreens as a fresh garnish on soups, pastas, etc., and
- How to put together an exciting combo of meats cheeses and pure, dark chocolates on a personal charcuterie board.
You don’t have to change your whole menu—just layer microgreens or dark chocolate onto what your family already loves.
