Back Mountain Microgreens is a small indoor farm in the Back Mountain of Luzerne County, PA, run by an executive chef / catering business owner, and his wife, a former aircraft mechanic. Luke and Gail are filled with passion for getting business and life right. Back Mountain Microgreens was born from a desire to grow clean, honest food for families, and we support chefs, foodies, and wellness-focused customers with vibrant, locally grown microgreens and edible flowers — all harvested to order and delivered with a smile... and sometimes... a dash of sarcasm from Luke or a hug from Gail.
