Souper Girl Mission Microgreen Mix

In 2015, Lynn experienced a health scare that became a turning point in her life, steering her toward health and wellness. After a few years on that journey, she met her true love, her husband Eddie, in 2017. A couple of years later, in 2019, Ed faced his own health challenges; including fatty liver, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Together, Lynn and Eddie embraced plant-based eating, and since then, his lab results have returned to normal and are still within a healthy range. Yay!

Adopting their new lifestyle brought its own challenges for Lynn and Eddie though, especially in finding quality, plant-based dining options. Rather than settle, they decided to take matters into their own hands. In June 2024, Throop Soups was born—filling a void in their community for a decent, plant-based café. The enthusiastic support from the community has confirmed that others, too, were searching for a place like Throop Soups!

Lynn, affectionately dubbed “Souper Girl” by Eddie, is the founder and culinary creator at Throop Soups. When they visited our grow room, inspired by the complexities of life, Lynn chose a unique combo of microgreens that reflects her outlook: sweet, tangy, spicy, and nutty. Her blend combines the earthy nuttiness of sunflower, the sweetness of cantaloupe, and the spicy tang of radish microgreens.
