A husband and wife in the Back Mountain operate a thriving farm producing products all year long. On this month's Eye on the Wyoming Valley, Dr. Wylam visits Back Mountain Microgreens in Dallas. Farming can be quite the challenge in our area but growing microgreens seems to work no matter where you might live. It's an interesting product that has been growing in interest well beyond restaurants and foodies. We will tell you what microgreens are and how this family has turned it into a full time business.
